This installer prepares a fresh CoreTech deployment using the relational PostgreSQL schema and the current application repository.

Before you begin
Create the PostgreSQL database and database user first. The installer creates the dedicated CoreTech schema and application tables, but it does not install PostgreSQL or create operating-system services.
